Though available in various grade, size and color with optional features of printing on the strap and double colored strap, PATIDAR straps can be ordered to suite your customized requirement of strapping.

PATIDAR straps produced from Polypropylene, is available in two grades. Prime Grade and ECO Grade. 
PRIME GRADE: Prime Grade is produced from virgin PP granules and comes with high performance on strapping machines due to low deviation in sizes, low curvature and high rigidity. 

ECO GRADE: Eco-friendly Economy Grade is produced from non-prime PP granules and can be used with manual strapping tools and semiautomatic strapping machines. This grade is treated for low curvature through tempering process.

SPECIALTY STRAP: We can make Dual Color Strap with any combination of colors. Customers can make their product distinctly identifiable and good looking. 

Strap For Fully Automatic Machine 

Maximum care is taken to establish neck-in, surface hardening, embossing and stability. Depending upon customer's machine the strap is suitably wound either on 8" I.D. X 190mm face length or 16" I.D. X 155mm face length paper core. Maximum care should be taken to inform the exact width, thickness and core dimensions before placing the orders in this category.

Strap For Semi Automatic Machine

Suitable for all semi automatic straping machines, strap is wound on 8" I.D. paper core with face length of 155mm. The surface of this strap is hard tempered by subjecting to hot oven. The stabilized strap is wound with perfection so as to minimize the edge curvature.
